Office Boy & Tea Boys – Triple Trillium provides office services of office boys, office attendants, messengers etc., to various clients. As per business requirements, our manpower is selected and trustworthy, active and trained people are assigned.

The activities of the team includes attending the following tasks.

• Distribution of mails and letters etc between departments.
• Photocopying and binding documents when required.
• Receive guest and send to the concern department (if required).
• Go around the departments to see if any work need to be done.
• Arranging files and doing some files when required.
• Distribute stationary between departments when required.
• Feed the Photocopiers and fax machine with necessary paper.

Office boys are able to communicate in the English language and a regional language to the requirement of the customer.

The Tea Boys will be serving tea, coffee and drinking water for staff, visitors and any employed contractors. They will also serve some beverages and biscuits for meetings as and when demanded.
